I have spent more than three decades helping organizations navigate moments that define their future.

Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of business, technology, operations and governance — leading organizations through growth, transformation, restructuring, IPOs, divestments and strategic change.

I have served as CEO, Group CTO, Executive Vice President, board member and strategic advisor across technology, telecommunications, infrastructure and services businesses. Along the way, I have led international organizations with thousands of employees, managed multi-billion investments, participated in IPOs and private equity transactions, and helped companies transform their operations, sharpen their market focus and prepare for their next stage of growth.

What experience has taught me is that successful transformation is rarely about technology alone. It is about leadership, execution, governance and the ability to align people, strategy and operations around a common goal.

Today, I focus on board and advisory work, supporting owners, boards and executive teams as they navigate complexity, growth opportunities and strategic transitions.
